I have been missing for the last month or so from any thesis blog posts, so it seems time for an update. My network has continued to grow of interesting people who are willing to talk to me about the overall concept. A few finance people have been excited that the proposal is considered disruptive technology – innovation that disrupts and has the potential to change an existing market. In this case it would be the $500 billion housing market that is being disrupted. I have also begun to re-craft the organizational diagram, leading to the conclusion that the next few weeks will be spent developing the systems of different interfaces. Specifically, I will be developing the 01. Design, 02.Build, and 03.Finance Interfaces which will be very different from the primary homeowner access UI. It should be very interesting, and hopefully I will keep it focused as to not become too overwhelming.
